The Standard Package is a comprehensive home watch plan. We create a customized home visit plan specifically for your house. We treat your home the way we would treat our own home paying great attention to every detail in your house. At the end of every inspection, you will receive a notification that your inspection has been completed along with an inspection report using the Home Visit Reporting System.
loyal annual Pre-Paid
The Loyal Annual Plan give you the same great quality provided in the Loyal Standard Plan with the addition of up to 6 short duration house calls and up to 6 hours of service repair supervision. If you need us to pick up a package or open the door for a guest, we have you covered. If you need someone to be there for the air conditioning repair company, we will stay with them for up to 6 hours at no charge. This plan eliminates the need to worry about getting billed for the times you need someone.
