Loyal Homewatch told me that they would check it out for me as an additional service offered. They went up in my attic with lights and cameras. Sure enough, there was mold growing on several of my rafters. They showed me the pictures of the mold and sprayed the mold with a commercial mold killer (not bleach). Two weeks later they checked again and the mold was gone leaving only a slight stain. I am so glad we took care of that before it got any worse. Well worth the money for peace of mind.”
